These sessions are grounded in years of study and lineage, yet offered in a way that feels spacious, accessible and alive. Whether you are a long-time student or stepping onto the mat for the first time in a while, you are welcome here.

Together we explore real yoga — rooted in philosophy, supported by breath, held with integrity and devotion.
