….exploring the nature of reality, consciousness, self-knowledge, and liberation. In this study module, you will be guided through five key Upanishadic texts, with context, interpretation, and practical reflection to support both personal sadhana and teaching.
Each session combines philosophy with embodied practice, including asana, meditation, and pranayama, to help integrate study with direct experience.
This course is for yoga practitioners and teachers, students of yoga philosophy and Hindu theology, and anyone drawn to Goddess traditions and devotional study. It is especially suited to those wishing to deepen their personal sadhana through sacred texts. No prior experience with puja or mantra is required.
